Crit wise - the model looks nice, but the animation is floaty and treads on the boring side. You have this great dialog but your not taking advantage of it; It feels more like a lecture then a story. OP also seems stiff in places and yes, the lip sync could use work. But as a test, not a finished piece, it looks nice over all.

Dude, I really recommend you start learning blender before using more advanced programs like 3ds max. if you go to the top of the screen, when you get the double-arrows, pull down and you will get some options. there, you can switch the selection button to left click. XD

Im blender, you have to assign a material to an object, then hit F6 to add a texture...go back to F5 (mats) and assign that texture to UV (or however it looks good if you did not UV map the object)...and it should render out with it!
