hey this is ed from jersey what band were you in that opened up for dirty looks i was there that night with trixter at club bene what a party we all had in the back these guys loved there beer.
Rest In Peace Henrik...you were amazing, but most of the music community will never know. I was fortunate to see these guys many times from mid 80s - early 90s. They played at a club I worked at in New Rochelle NY, drove up to New Windsor, NY the following night to see them, and in their dressing room, Henrik told my friends and I: "Thanks for driving all the way up here to see us, there's a garbage can full of Heineken with your name on it. Drink as many as you want. " Great guy, great band
Where are all the kick ass videos with good sound quality for these guys? The sound here doesn't do this band justice. Could we get some sound edit for this video.
Excellent Band...our band opened up for them in Brampton 1987 had a party with them after the show... really nice guys polite and very professional...opened up for
them again in London Ontario few days after...our band never got signed but still was awsome to hear and see these guys play...record labbels should reunite Henrik Lidel Jack and Barnett for THE BEST OF DIRTY LOOKS one time studio mix and put it on a one night live show on MTV or VH1 so people can understand
@MyLisboa we did as well{opened 4 them in jersey} at club bene, we hung out, and there new guitarist a week b4 someone stole his les paul! aw that sucks!
Ahhh, Dallas City Limits. In addition to Dirty Looks, I also had the pleasure to watch Yngwe, Savatage, Solinger, Lilian Axe, Great White and many others at DCL. It's surreal - it seems like that was another lifetime completely. I've stll got that Cool From the Wire mini demo cassette they were handing out.
think this was dallas city limits in dallas tx iw as ther got stoned with the singr then met him aftershow in the adult film store cross the street after accidentally running into him drunk but he was drunker and invited me to red roof inn we got fked and parties and i
sorry to hear about the death of your newest bassist...I heard for the firsttime cool from the wire on sat radio. Try to regroup and get on Getshiprocked.
Cool From The Wire was one of those albums that you DON'T get burned out on. I still pop in the ole cassette (yeah, I'm 43) for some great rock. Thanks guys for some awesome music!
A great person and musician that went way before he should have...R.I.P.Henrik i'm glad i got to know you and see some of your shows.
