  • Try doing that in LA and you will get shot

  • IT A SPRAY CAN WITH GLUE IN IT

  • ARRGHHHH just because it's good stencil work doesn't mean he's copying banksy

  • STOP COPPYING BANKSY!

  • He doesn't do happy endings!

  • Too DOWN!

  • Hello! This video is very interesting, I have done some stencil & spray art using poster board for the stencil. I was wondering does anyone know what Hutch uses? it appears to be something different?

  • @RiRigEE

i forget what its called but there's this type of material tahts like those transparencies they use for projectors but is sticky on one side. airbrush artists use them and from what i can tell thats what he used.

  • ohh!!!!!!!!!! ive seen that stencil.. on books n stuff.. didnt knew it was them!

    good job!

  • Mate tell Hutch he is safe (Y)

    Nice stencils there bro.

  • in what country can you just paint on the walls in bright daylight?

  • What the fuck was that pig/laugh noise at 6:25? xD

Nice movie, glad i found it ;)

  • Whats your stencil made out of?

  • Wow i fucking love hutch

  • Fantastic documentary! Many thanks for doing this!

  • Glad you were able to make it to part 2 !!!!!!

  • Wait! There's a part one?!

Only joking, I found the whole thing brilliantly done and completely enthralling! You sir are very bloody talented as is Mr Hutch! I look forward to more video's if possible?

  • 10 stars!! can u give ten stars i did..

  • why no fat cap?

  • @MrPaul52 I thought the same thing at first but when it comes down to actually painting the stencil, it's extremely easy to overspray border, which usually ruins the whole piece. Instead of having HUGE borders to prevent that, he uses a soft spray cap, and a glove to guard.

Another one of the biggest misconceptions about stenciling is that you need to use a lot of paint. He's using softspray as well, with light easy strokes.

The roller-girl one, he could prolly do 20 of those with 1 can.

  • NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO 2:16

  • great documentary, and I also thank you for your more "real" glimpse into the world of graffiti. Proper job. =D

  • I really loved the documentary, pretty chill

  • nice work, lol the kid made me laugh "Banksy"

  • stolen?? lol i got one stolen too

  • hahha that little kid shouted banksy thats cute

  • Great little documentary, rickywells, it has a calm and thoughtful pace to it and isn't in the vein of 'street art is hard, fast and full of action', which it rarely is in reality. A true and insightful documentary.

  • Thanks, that was precisely what I set out to achieve. I am very pleased to hear it works.

  • @rickywells sweet documentary, but can not say I agree with @ Thepopegfx.

I grew up with graffiti / hip-hop culture, and it's far from as easy as one should have it here. but I think that people accept stencil art over graffiti, because they can understand it more. graffiti is more complicated and creative (in my opinion) and I think people have a habit of hating and depressed those things They dont understand, instead of trying to understand what lies behind it.

  • @janekproductionz well, I think it's overrated at some point, cause while I could grant that it takes skill, graffiti is a signature and it kinda bothers me when the whole "art" revolves the fact the you just wrote your name in bubble text. it's not conceptual nor could anyone get "it" aside that "you were here". quite a large style over substance ratio.

  • the grenade at the left hand is wrong turned!?

    But good loking stencil Hutch!

  • right on!
