Nice. But Autumn plz be careful! After years of hyper extending too much, ligaments and tissues will get torn, you'll pull muscles. Trust me I can do all he stuff that u do, but I'm still careful. So take my advice, before u might hurt urself.

Can you do a dance lesson video on those drops to the knees? The one through your toes people call toe rolls sometimes or knee rolls? It's where you drop to the ground smoothly and land on your knees? I can never seem to do it without hurting my knees too much in bare feet, but or some reason I can do it easily with socks?

This talk about tilts made me think of Michael Jackson's "Smooth Criminal" music video. Have you seen it? The part in it I'm talking about is when he and the dancers do this seemingly impossible BIG lean/tilt of the body so far forward it looks like they should be falling over. Are you familiar with the scene & move I'm talking about? I was wondering, is that real or done with special effects? Looks like it would be very hard if real.
