I love his show and i have cooked alot of his stuff , but he does love him some lemon and orange zest. Not to mention lemon juice . Lemon is just too overpowering for me. If I wanted  food to taste like lemons i would just eat a lemon. Just my 2 cents. no offense to anyone .
