This movie is one of few that really, honestly inspire the youth of america. One of the few films that makes you realize how much bigger life is than you. How much bigger the "big picture" is then what you once thought. Matt Damon did an AMAZING job in this film. 5/5 =D

This part always blew me away. I'm not so impressionable that it takes a movie character for me to hate a government agency, but I'll be damned if it wasn't at least a little convincing. Awesome scene.

As far as I can tell, no. The NSA is mainly concerned with computer networking, encrypting, and hacking. The CIA is responsible for clandestine paramilitary operations. You can become a CIA Paramilitary agent if you are British, but you have to go through the process of becoming an American citizen first.
