Echo DiSavoy was a great character. She (and Kim Zimmer) breathed life back into OLTL. It's too bad she just.... disappeared toward the end of the show.

Now, OLTL has 6 ex-Guiding Light actors. I can't help but see Kim, Gina, and Jerry as Reva, Dinah, and Ross. Also the actress that played Natalia on GL is still Natalia to me, in a sense. I miss GL.

I started watching OLTL a little bit just because Zimmer is on there (I LOVED Reva on GL). Zimmer brings this infectious energy to anything she does, and big or small, I think she is fantastic. She is a daytime powerhouse.

@DoubleEntendreSongs you must obviously have self esteem issues. Kim Zimmer looks great and is a wayyyy better actress than either Jessica Tuck or Jensen Buchanan. Come on now, be real with yourself and get off the gas. Models, actresses, and actors do not always have Hollywood good looks.

@DoubleEntendreSongs I do get what you're saying to a point. This has been my complaint about Tyler Perry's house of pain. Television is about escapism. We want to see people that don't look ordinary. However, Kim Zimmer is not that big. Sally Spectra was big on the bold and beuatiful. Kim is just a little heavy but she is one hell of an actress. I wish Guiding Light was still on so that she could be back with the fans that appreciate what she brings to the table. Erica slezak is not too small.

@DoubleEntendreSongs This is going to contradict my earlier comment, but I do agree that Guiding Light's biggest problem in the end was that it didn't have enough young and attractive actors. You look at the other soaps and they are full of eye candy. I guess Lizzie and Bill were eye candy but they needed more. They kept showcasing Reva like she was still hot like back in the day. So I do get your argument. I got mad earlier because I miss GL and fellt the need to defend Kim.
