  • @bettyskitchen What a shame Betty! Mr. Krogers loss! I even wrote a letter to the company on your behalf, giving them a heads-up on your vids with all of the Kroger products...which are of great promotional value for them. Guess they are so big that they can't see the flour for the freeze huh? Anyway, your vids are fab & you have a ton of followers that are learning how to make fab dishes.   • @frostyone0164 Hi Den! The last ingredient was 2 1/2 cups Monterey Jack cheese. You can see the entire recipe by clicking the down arrow or "more info" near the video.

  • @frostyone0164 Hi Den a half and half mixture of Mozarella & mild cheddar would probably be as close to Monteray Jack cheese as you could get. Hope that helps? All the best !

  • @frostyone0164 The Monterey Jack cheese is a Mexican-style cheese. It is a white cheese, and it is much milder than cheddar.

  • Thanks Betty for your reply ;))) Out of all the herbs out there Cilantro is by far my favorite. It gives such a lovely burst of taste. When I watched your video I thought Cilantro would probably be perfect in it ;))) I have never used chilis in an egg dish so I wondered if the two together would be too much.  Okay - I'm sold lol I'm putting Cilantro in my quiche. Thanks again Betty ! Your dishes are wonderful ! ; )
