man you gotta pull that weight down! use that extra spring off the bottom to push that weight up. i paused 495 for 2 in a junk inzer blast shirt. super katana to inzer blast is like smart car to semi truck. night a day. you can get that weight for sure.
@rhsalaskaI am actually a member of USPA and you can do as some call it "suicide grip". My Coach is Alan Aerts also the chairman/judge he has a few videos on youtube breaking the world record.
@Evolmtr From the looks of your facility you should do just fine! If you ever do USA Powerlifting competitions, you will need to use a "thumb around" grip on the bar (which I recommend as safer anyway...). If you have wrist pain, try starting your wrist wraps higher onto the bottom of your hand and wrap them very tight.
Nice work. How is the break in process working for you? Is it getting easier to get the bar to the chest now? I just ordered a single ply F6. What is your body weight and what do you bench RAW?
@Evolmtr Break-in has been excellent, though I had to have some stitching reinforced where the original stitching let go. See my channel page for my training vlog. Single ply F6 is an excellent shirt. Bodyweight in mid-upper 240's. Best competition raw bench (with pause) is 352. Best touch-n-go is 365 but I don't work up to heavy singles much raw. When you get it, use a power rack with the pins set to save your face!!!!!!!!! (Bar can touch chest, but not face)
Now that you mention it, there may have been some Christmas shopping season special on shipping or maybe some amount off. But, yes, this stuff is expensive, and it's not like you can go up to Sports Authority and try it on before you buy it! But I think this one's going to work well.

I agree with having the wrist wrap higher.

Thanks for the input. I hope to get a lot out of my F6! I plan to do board training with my coach once I get it.
