@ajt16 It's from the claymation movie "The Adventures of Mark Twain." It's the mysterious stranger, his one great unfinished work. (Someone else finished it, but you can tell where he added the ending. The style abruptly changes, and the ending sequence feels like a tacked on bit of modern rationalist philosophy, which Twain probably would've hated.)
