It's actually K from the G senjou no Maou sound drama. Days after Kyousuke's imprisonment, Haru gets a challenge from K who is someone who worked very closely and looked up to Maou. He apparently nears Maou in terms of talent and ability.  So another cat and mouse game ensues between Haru+Yuki and Maou's protege seeking revenge.
