hey, i'm liking all of your videos, so i think i'll sign up to your forum, so i can bug you and your fellow pro's ( lol )..
i'm lazy so it took me a while to convince myself it was worth signing up on the forum (over 47 vids O:) but i think i'll be going on there alot, see you in the forum!
As much as I think I know about programming, I'm FORCING myself to watch your tutorials (I tend to jump ahead) and try the basics one video at a time. Getting ahead of yourself could end up confusing you, and before you know it, you're asking Johnny programmer a question he probably thinks you should know the answer to.
just an example, you may be tempted to jump from "if" to function pointers, but if you don't understand "else", you'll just run into a dead end somewhere.
anywhere!! i just went on google and typed differnt stuff like "c++ tic tac toe" or "c++ MUD" etc and i found lots and lots of code out there. there are even websites dedicated to hosting c++ source code.
Dont stop yourself from exploring and experimenting for the fear of learning bad habits. Start off by exploring and trying out everything, and after a while of reading and discussing code on forums/chatrooms etc you will slowly pick up whats bad and whats good and why. But for starters, go for it all!
Nice vid..Very high resolution
Keep it coming

You should really think of making an IRC channel to discuss code in which you regularly join and help us out on projects?

Mm'kay, it's just that you sound so much like some guy named Vic I knew from back then it's not even funny. Well, maybe just a bit.

I went there but I mean are they good? because you said some of the codes will just give you bad habits.
