He didn't love her though and he couldn't, but Martha helped him to move on, which is why he gets together with Astrid in the episode after Martha leaves. He still loved Rose though. Then in season 4 the Doctor and Martha had a father-daughter relationship. He did have a crush on her and she had a crush on him, but they never felt more than that for eachother, so oh well. I still love him better with Romana though.

I don't think David is leaving at the end of this season because he still has to do something with Queen Elizabeth. remember in shakespeare's code he hadn't yet met her and said he couldn't wait? so he still has to at least stay until season 4.
I think we would have found out by now if he was. No-one has said anything about him signing for the next series but still as far as I know he's not leaving. I will check every now and again for the next two weeks, but I don't think he is, I will tell you if I find out anything

The Sun didn't have a story to send out so they made rumours. This one has happened before. David said he was really upset that Billie was leaving. So The Sun said he was going to leave because he was so upset which isn't true!

I don't think David is leaving at the end of this season because he still has to do something with Queen Elizabeth. remember in shakespeare's code he hadn't yet met her and said he couldn't wait? so he still has to at least stay until season 4.

I think we would have found out by now if he was. No-one has said anything about him signing for the next series but still as far as I know he's not leaving. I will check every now and again for the next two weeks, but I don't think he is, I will tell you if I find out anything

The Doctor said in that episode he hadn't yet met her and couldn't wait to find out what he did that made him her "sworn enemy". And I'm sure the writers wouldn't have that bit added in if it didn't have something to do with a a major plot point in an upcoming episode. And I know that it's the tenth incarnation who meets the Queen, because the Queen recognizes him. So anyways.. anyone else feel relieved? =D
