badass. im thinkin of upgrading to the same thing, 4 cvx with 2 1500.1. as of right now i got 4 cvrs with one 1500.1. but looks like those subs are not gettin the sapce they need. u got around 1.2 ft^3. u need at least 1.75ft^cu. and if u go ported u gonna notice a bigass difference

i had that same box and its garbage . . . .it shares space with the sub on the front and the one on the side. . . its not good for your subs!!

Or it coulld be ur bat. dying.. Kicker amps shut off when you dont have enough voltage running to ur amp.

Ok, I can agree with that, for 2 kicker cvx 12's that box is pretty big...but what you fail to realize is this box has 4 kicker cvx 12's. The box is WAY too small for 4 Kicker cvx 12's. Go to my channel and see what a big box is. check out my old set up first cuz that's when I had 4 kicker cvx 15's on 6k, then check out my new setup. 4 Incriminator Audio Death Penalty 18's on 12k.

@Villeza1 yea, I didnt see that it had 4, I usually read the description, I failed at that today, ha ha, for 4 subs yea it might be a bit small, bigger isnt always better, but it depends on the sub, I know for kickers that a smaller box allows you to use more watts, doesnt mean its louder either, lots of things come into play with this, I will check out your vids

Going ported would be a LOT louder but you might be looking to retain some of the little sound quality kicker has.

positive to positive negative to negative is parellel and it takes 1 4ohm dvc sub down to 2ohms

hey man did u need to get a bigger alternator and heavy duty batt for the amps ?

i am tryin to hook my 2 12" cvx's in my camaro and i got one ZX1500.1 I need to know what size gauge do i need and if i need a cap or if i need to change any of the current stuff i have in my car such as alternator that would produce more amps or if i need another battery or something. i am kind of new at this and i dont know much about it
