thanks man, only the problem for us is that the ceo of ryanair is a dick, unlike Kelleher. Put 'Michael O Leary' into youtube and you will see what I mean !

Herb Kelleher really is impressive.I'm from Ireland, and here we have an airline called Ryanair (one of the biggest in Europe and really successful) that is based entirely on Southwest's model.

I find it fascinating that with all the airlines struggling to survive, Southwest
Airlines has an optimistic outlook for 2009. Talk about laying the foundations of a great business!
