lucky foreigners.. the filipinoes should be the one doing that. but damn most of us got no money to go scuba diving ..fucking shit reality..there should be a oraganization who gives free scuba diving licenses so all of us will have a fucking chance to go diving in our own sea.!! infact filipino divers are the most brave.. they fear nothing because they treat the ocean as their friend.. except those dynamite users they fucking destroy coral reefs
