Creme Chocolat is amazing, but it is ridiculous to make a "healthy" version of this with egg substitutes and half-n-half. This is meant to be made with egg yokes, creme, and a good quality chocolate. Otherwise, why bother, just go make some jello instant artificially-flavored pudding.
I love chocolate. I wanna make this dish and yet I always mess up and my chocolate pots de creme always turns out slightly bitter and not sweet enough.
Call it tasty, call it easy, call it whatever you want just as long as you don't call it Pot De Creme. This is *not* Pot De Creme. In fact, the only similarities are the chocolate and the fact that they chilled it in ramekins.
I thought like it was 46 hours so I was like:
"Whaaat?? I can't wait that long!! It's soooo delicious!!! P:" :D

Pot De Creme is a cooked/unmolded custard.
