I have sympathy for your situation, really, but I have severe depression,ADD,and OCD and I still manage to work and take care of myself. If you can surf the web, post a video on YouTube, and create a home page, you can be a secretary. I know people crazier than you who can support themselves instead of relying on other people's tax dollars. I will continue to pray for you but please, don't go to the club, go look for a job.

Government would reather have us cut our selves' and end up in the ER and make their (people with normal insurance) insurance Premiums higher???

After 2 denials, get an attorney, it will take a lo9t off you and they know ALL the ways. It costs u nothing. They take out of the retro check once u r approved. MAke sure doc's are on your side. And they will watch u, I met some1 her worked for S.S. and they tape you ALL THE TIME. Now that we have it, they still put us thru hell..DISGUSTING!

get attorney, I was injured 10 years ago, 7 years of denial (3years I wasn't able to file because of head trama), went homeless, hungry, total stress, and finally 6 months ago I was approved, now they try to change the disabled date and still haven't had one check, USA sucks, they want you to become a street person and disappear or die. well I'm still here and still waiting. you are blessed to have parents to care for you, many of us don't have anyone. I used legal aid the last 3 years.

Don't let Social Security get you down; appeal! See if you can't get your doctor to write a letter stating why he/she feels that you are disabled. Hang in there, Kiddo. Social Security doesn't pay much but it's better than nothing. If you have to look into one of those SSI lawyers that don't get paid unless you win your case. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
