  • The last time I saw Bob Keeshan was in 1997, when he appeared as the Wizard in the St. Louis Muny Opera production of "The Wizard of Oz". The production itself was as amateur as a high school play, but Keeshan alone made the whole experience worthwhile. You couldn't have cast a better wizard.

  • I have this book and always wanted to meet Bob Keeshan who I watched on TV back in the 60's. Sadly, I never got to meet him but I'll always have fond memories of my childhood and Captain Kangaroo!
