Problem wit me is that I went 4 plc/scada/dcs training 2.5 years back and then I have to go 4 an entirely different field, right now I have totally forgotten what ive learned about automation including practicals... :-(
What am I supposed 2 do now... A help will be greatly appreciated.

Good that you used multi- intelligence supports namely audio, video and text. But I would have preferred the lecture as well as the best presentation of the same by one or several students with mind-gripping video, diagrams etc so that the inserts & excerpts would add meaning to the text and make understanding more appropriate, focussed and less boring. The presentation should end with an overall review.
