Commenting on Ian Chappell is different because that wouldn't be exactly relevant to this video but yes, Ian Chappell isn't someone who is biased or anything. What he says is based on pure experience and his personal opinions and his point-of-views - basically, his perception. He has the right and also the capacity to voice out his thoughts. He has played for and captained Australia for quite some years so he knows what he talks about.
