The problem could possibly be just her piano being out of tune like she mentioned in the video, but idk. Just giving a little constructive criticism.

It's like, she want's the song to be HERE when the melody of the tune being played on the piano is "here".

piano score doesn't match the lyrics in harmony with the melody.

Just doesn't match the .. well... the word I'm looking for or wanting to use is I think "mood"? or "atmosphere"? idk..

Phil Collins could always match his music with atmosphere especially his number with "In The Air Tonight" or "Take Me Home/ You'll Be In My Heart"

Those pieces in specific have something that isn't exactly matched here, she's going into a high pitch voice where the melody sounds to me like it should be lower.
