I have recently test driven 2 sport 5 speed models. I plan on purchasing one soon. I drove a blue sport with a sunroof and a silver w/o the sunroof. My only disapproval is the single outlet. I look for at least 2 in cars. A multi-port plug-in would solve that. So I guess there isn't anything I don't like about this car. Very sporty cars. Great looks, Supportive seats, and most importantly to me, Fun to drive.
@fastlanepublishing Hi ! I know you did not say that the 2012 Fiat 500 was related to the Yugo in any way. The comment was for @dalotel...sorry! I really like your video, and wish I can afford a Fiat 500!
Fiat is not the Italian version of the Yugo... Yugo is the Yugoslavian version of the Fiat !! Anyway... Fiat is a great car! By the way my commuting car is a 1989 Yugo...
Do also take into account the fact that the Italian-made five-speed manual transmission for the FIAT 500 are much more economical than the six-speed automatic (5MT - 30/38 city/hwy mpg:6AT - 27/32*-34 city/hwy mpg (*=hwy mileage for 500c w/6AT), and is even more up-to-par with a lot of the larger-sized cars, even those from Hyundai; especially, based on reports from drivers going as high as 40-48 mpg hwy with the 5MT.
I just test drove the Fiat 500 convertible Lounge at Fiat of Fremont in California... it is Fun to drive with a capital F. I took it over choppy roads, standard urban streets, and I-880 between Fremont and Hayward... from 5mph to 75mph the 6 speed automatic gearbox was the smoothest automatic I've driven. The extra 6th gear made freeway driving at 75mph no problem at all. The car is stable and the ride is very smooth. The Fiat 500 uses an A frame safety zone similar to the ones in Ferrari.
Go buy it then. It's doomed to fail, figures some fag in California wouldn't know that. Fiat is garbage, it's the Italian version of a Yugo, remember those? Fiat was the worst car sold in America in the 70s. It's a girls car. Only they're stupid enough to put down dad's cash to get one. Only 100hp, noisy, and premium fuel required. What a stupid car. It's worth nothing. You'll die in it. You can't do anything but commute in it. Has the rear seat space of a motorcycle.
@dalotel Oh no sexism strikes again... In the 70's which was forty years ago. If you don't like the car cool I could care less, but don't get ignorant on the people who do. They're defiantly plenty of heterosexuals who would enjoy this little car as well as the homosexuals because you don't buy a car because you're gay or not! You buy a car for your opinion. It's a girl's car? Tell that to Michael Schumacher or Nick Mason they'd agree 100%.
@dalotel It was??? 30 years have passed and things change. It does not require premium. get your facts before you pass an opinion on a car you know nothing about.
Harry Douglas, you are more funny than you know.
