  • First please no music. 2nd. you shortcut the mountain climbers. It's 10 mtn climbers but actually it's 40, and it's counted as 1231-1232-1233 etc etc. I counted only 8. But thx for posting.

  • your back is curved while doing the first one which is the burpy's. looks kinda like your slacking on the technique when your doing it. its a great workout though. the music isnt really inspirational when doing a workout like this.

  • @abercrombie457 the shape of his back has nothing to do with it dumbass. its not straight when he does the squat thrust aka burpees. search burpees on youtube and you'll see that he's not doing it properly retard. you dont need to know about it. all you have to do is use your googly eyes to actually see if right in front of your face but still your dumbass brain cannot recognize it.

  • @alphie10 p90x is a workout program u buy online and gets sent to ur house, it consists of a training program and dvds that show u how to do all the workouts. everythng is written out for u so each day ur doin sumthn different and u'll watch the dvd for that day tellin u how to do the workout, u also get a nutritional plan too

  • Sorry guys i love this but you cant compare it to P90X because p90x is a whole program rather than one exercise. I was doing this before p90x and now ive just completed p90x, and i can do this exercise without pausing as opposed to before when i needed to take a break. Great workout but its not a program.

  • Insanity is a better option for cardio and endurance. P90X does have weaker cardio though....this workout doesn't seem hard.

  • When you do burpees, jump up straight, not like a kangaroo, not good for the back or waist. And good on the mountain climber and go lower on the jump/squats to involve more leg muscles. I know it hurts, but that's the point, right? Overall, great workout! Hooah!

  • @UzKlipNews you can loose about 48 hours worth of cals. per m-100. but remember this can only be triggered through the after burn effect. be advised this isnt easy.

  • i do this every day 2 or 3 times a day. I've melted the fat away and my core strength and cardiovascular has also sky rocketed

  • not hating or anything... those squats thrust.. or id say half burpee look alikes or sprawls.. arent really good for your blood pressure if u do so many of them in such quick intervals.. coz you basically higher ur blood pressure by going up and down.

    just a tip. heard from a mate that does exercise physiotherapy at uni.

    if you dont think so let me know y coz im in real need of something like the m-100 lol

  • @mystikal87 yeah but thats what good about then, the other two exercises lower your heart rate and then the squat thrusts cut you back down and its painful, but its massively effective. its not unhealthy.

  • By the way, I tried to count along with you and I am not sure how you were counting to 100 but I was confused. With that being said, I have just started doing them. They are really hard. But I would suggest bending your legs to a full squat position (upper legs parallel to the floor) and burst up explosively. Otherwise it looked really good.

  • @periperiftw Tried to do one set each morning, and one set an hour after my main meal. It was very difficult at first, but can now do 2-3 sets a day no hassle. I always have Sunday off too. Seems to help.

  • @im2f4u 10 squats, then 10 mountains then 10 jumps.

    You should aim to do all 100 but if you can't manage it, have a standing rest (15-20 seconds). Far more effective than short cutting and doing half, or less.

  • Good job man. I've been doing m-100s for bout 3 weeks and still little tough. I know those watching it looks easy.. and it seems easy until after the first set you feel the burn in your legs and gut. "Insanity" does a similar workout but what I like bout Mike Changs exercises is that they focus on short workouts with short rest times keeping your heart rate up to burn more calories. I've done both p90x and Insanity and they work. But this got me there faster.
