Maybe I'm wrong, but I think it has nothing to do with your webcam. Maybe it has to do with your video card or CPU? It's nice to see you again. I'm fond of pretty women like you.
it should be lot darker but only way to see you better only if you add more lights beaming on you to see better.... (i guess i understanding what you saying about web setting)
