I almost shit myself when I saw the number of views, but it was 1377 views, not 1337!

I remember wiring a switch into my joystick so I wouldn't have reversed controls when shooting the tailgun in this game. I figured it was fair because spaceships would have taken care of that little problem. :) Take THAT, Thargons!

@GoldfingerRedline - The C64 version had a control key that would reverse the controls. I used to use it all the time. :)

Maybe one day we will see the real return of Elite - complex yes but while not losing site of the basics.And please do away with save states as they really do destroy any sense of tension that may have built up - one of the real benefits to Elite1 in fact

David Braben seems a decent and down to earth guy though that's for sure and that's nice to see
