its not built and designed by mclaren, first of all the transmission and engine are hand built in Germany and they rest of the car is finished in England.

Yes the basic engine and Gearbox may have been german but thats were it all ends, the bodywork and all the other tec was british all the way. Mclarren made it better and faster

Rolls royce cars were sold to germany in 1997 but they are still built in Sussex England Bentley, Range Rover, Landrover built in liverpool as Jaguar. Aston Martin are still British and Rolls royce Jets and Power plants are still British. I admit Rover was Crap, Germany do build top cars, I agree, Aston Martin is a classy car, porsche is just a fast sports car. I prefer Aston Martin to Porsche personally,

I have a supercharged G35, and I was walked on the other day by and E55. They are fast cars. There's some great vids of E55's roasting ferraris etc, so it gives a good impression of acceleration in a Mclaren. I love the dude giggling like a school girl.
