I love Quebec! I was just there this past March and stayed in the Hotel de Glace for one night and in old Quebec City for another night. I totally recommend you guys stay at the Ice Hotel for a night and experience it the next time you find yourself in Quebec during the winter months. :)

I haven't really gone to the parts of the province where it's just french. I try to stick to the touristy areas, though I do love the language. I think more and more are speaking english now, though!
