We put a 1 1/2 inch pipe and the 1 1/4 inch pipe into the 1/2 inch pipe, and the 1 1/2 inch pipe is close to 1 1/4 inch pipe and we grab the 1 inch pipe and put together the 1 1/2 and 1 1/4 inch cup with the 1 1/2 inch pipe... wut?

@harpernick1 Leonardo da Vinci invented it, to let messengers carry secret papyrus rolls that the messengers themselves may not read; only the sender and the recipient know the password. If the messenger would smash the cryptex to read the message, a vial containing vinegar which was rolled inside of the papyrus roll would also break even earlier than the cryptex itself, the vinegar would spread over the message, disolve the ink, making it unreadable.

and my 1 1/2'' coupling,when cut in half is not fitting the end cap properly.it is small.

@fahadwalker none of the pieces fit, you have to do a whole bunch of sanding to make them fit properly. I hope it helps.

@bleiepro The cryptex was real, it was the first lock ever thats where we get the combination locks from . the way that Dan Brown described it was not. It was to sophisticated for that time.

@HMInnovations Da Vinci had a Cryptex, he wrote on paper with a secret inc, so the paper was blank and no-one could read it. I also heard he had a safety lock where when someone tried to open it, it would break a glass bottle inside full of Vinegar, if you tried opening it, the glass would break and vinegar would destroy the hidden note. It would be cool if you made the saftey lock.

@pivotair yes, or but cant you just blow torch through a regular safe? it's not about how unbreakable it is, its just the fact that many people dont just randomly have a hammer to smash it open with. and if you want to hide things this is an easy way of doing it.

@pivotair Behind Light Switches, inside DVD Player slots, open the DVD Door and put a Piece of Paper in shape of a DVD in the slot then place the stuff inside the slot. Inside books, cut slots inside your shoe soles then using the shoe pads inside the shoe cover it. lol there are many.

Nicely made! But i didn't manage to figure out what the pieces were because i don't have a clue what measurements you use in the video, you don't mention it good enough in my opinion. But whatever, how do you cut the pipes and pieces right? When i do it they end up a bit off and all things together it just doesn't look right...

I'm a little confused. The list says that you need a 7 3/4" by 2" pipe but it looks like your using a 7 3/4" by 1 1/2" pipe. Or do you need 1 1/4", 1 1/2", and 2"?
