Not the worst I've heard. I really like how they refrained from belting at the same time, instead taking turns, and how they mostly stuck to the original arrangement and harmonies. I didn't like how they both sang some of the solo parts at the same time, it sounded like they were trying to outdo each other. It kind of lost some of the sweetness the show's version had and became more of a ballad than a confessions. But then I guess the point of the song changed when taken out of context.

I'm a very kinda, lenient music major, myself, but I must agree with Jackson. It is a little amateur to allow that to make it through production. I heard it on the first time. But being a music major does not qualify anybody as an expert.

Also, it is not that hard to simply record that one line over and cut and splice, producers do it quite often.

That being said--this is a phenomenal take on what will be a classic piece! Thank you, ladies, for sharing it with the world!

This version isn't that bad. I feel like their voices clashed a little. That's what might have sounded wrong. Delta's voice is significantly softer (like the obcr) and more gentle than Leann's. I love Leann, but it might have been better to match Delta's voice style because it's soft like the original, yet it adds a different sound.

I hope Delta is big here in the US as well. I love her album.
