I didn't kill hers, but that was cause i was unconvinced i couldn't save her. To me, Alex didn't really try all that hard. It seemed like jumping the gun (pardon the pun) to shoot her. akashiyamoka, it just so happens that i studied that machine before, it's used in medieval times to toture people. ur hands and legs are tied on a different platform and the platform will be forced to move away from each other, its like pulling you apart and hell yea it hurts

I don't get why people always relate this scene to SAW. Torture devices have been used in horror long before those films. Also, this is just a simple Rack not some insane pig slaughtering chamber which is slowly filling up with blood, for example.
