I went to Canabalt's main site (should be easy to find on Google) and donated $1 to the developer. Think you have to play through the game once and die for it to bring up the "Support" option. You can donate any amount (even a penny likely) and you will be sent the mp3 and a couple wallpapers. Well worth it, great game.
