$ cost of an organic grade B maple syrup is what is the most expensive... my tip is to get a large bottle on sale. Some folks substitute with Agave or do a blend. I bought a case of organic lemons from a small produce shop and that cut the cost as well. You will need about 5 lemons a day (depending on size and juicyness of course). With maple syrup on sale, right now in the US expect to spend at least $75 for a 10 day MC cleanse.Rough estimate.

yep... most folks lose about a pound per day...most people after the first 4 days tend to have good energy as well. BUT follow the MC instructions EXACTLY if you want it to work... u must do the laxative tea at night and the salt water flush in the morning right when you wake up... then during the day all you get to have is water and the MC lemonade. You should weigh yourself in the beginning as well as do body measurements to watch your progress. Good luck on the MC and on the audition!

also wanted to mention that I found fat from ALL OVER my body melted away. I recommend getting a clothe measuring tape (from a fabric store) and measure all over your body. Take notes. Each day do the same thing.
