Great wee deck the Planar 3.See you know a bit about isolation,have you heard a RB300 that has been to J7 at Audio Origami? He will rewire and sprinkle some magic dust over it and you will not look back!Add a Tecnoweight,new belt,oil the bearing and if you can stretch to it,the motor upgrade...............blow you away it will,nice sounds BTW!

ha,too true.i've always said that if you put a correctly set up turntable against a cd player of the same sort of value,the vinyl will smoke it every time.
yea i was listening to my ipod the other day and thinking about that ,i own the same album on both formats ( mp3 vinyl ) and the vinyl is dead quiet inbetween tracks where the mp3 almost sounds like it had surface noise . love your tt btw

Try to do it as soon as you can..it is not good to use only one screw...it will cause damages to your stylus as well as sound problems..try to do it in this century :-)
hi there.i use a nad c370 amp with tannoy 611 speakers with qed silver anniversary cable.i paid £300 second hand for the rega which is probably over the score but it's in really good nick.thing is when it arrived,the arm rest was snapped so the guy i bought it from sent it to rega and i got it back totally re-wired and shiny...so yay!
not bad. My Thorens sounds better. sorry. Rega over rated. Great album.!

Nice video..I have also used the Nagaoka MP11..it is a really nice budget cart!!!!!! Are you using just one screw in the headshell ?
