  • ... it only plays sad songs.

  • Uncle ruckus kick that niggers ass.lol

  • Robert Freeman's cousin is SUCH a liar... first he makes up that bullshit story about "wind insurance," then he gets his check and pretends it's a stall!

I guess it runs in their family.

  • BOOWHOWHO NIGGA

  • Feel*

  • @Tiabiacha1 Yea never mind the fact that the transportation was taken care of, the people who stayed didn't want to go becasue " we don't know where the buses are going". Why don't you do some research on it next time before you act like you know what you are talking about! They didn't need any money to vacate the city. It was taken care of for them, they just REFUSED to get on the buses.

  • @FSUscar

It wasn't just that; Mayor Noggin and Governor Blanco not only failed to follow procedure, they REFUSED to allow the federal government into their state to help!

Then they BLAMED the federal government for the consequences!

Then the people RE-ELECTED these morons!

Louisiana and Norleans is simply home to the nation's biggest idiots.

You're right though: people who excuse the victims, SHOULD do some research!

  • oh man i love this guys

  • BOO HOO HOO NIGGA

  • I actually have symphathy for the people in new orleans who lost everything. they deserve something. some things you cant control, like not being able to commute because of not enough income.

  • Comment removed

  • @FSUscar I know that! Don't jump on me like I'm retarded. Some people didn't want to leave, but realize that some people didnt know where to go either. so whatever. and my comment was an opinion not a fact. So get your facts straight. You sound heartless about the situation.

  • @Tiabiacha1

Yeah some people are too dumb to live ABOVE sea-level... Norleans just put them all in one place.

You can't feel sorry for them though, after they RE-ELECTED Mayor Noggin, the guy who didn't follow evacuation protocols, but just made EXCUSES why he couldn't, and blamed the federal government!

Clearly, they got what they asked for... and VOTED for.

  • @SovereignStatesman I really didn't know that. Somehow I just wish people could get it together and go to school and save up money for times like natural disasters, but people do what they want to do obviously.

  • lol i just love how there's a new orleans video in the side bar XD

  • I think this is the first time a black man ever whooped Ruckus's ass for his racism.

  • Call Uncle Ruckus by his proper name- Jesse Lee Peterson.

  • thanks to uncle ruckus i began to hate black people.

  • I guess 22 people didnot realize that there was wind in a hurricane and did not get their KAtrina Welfare check.

  • Uncle Ruckus is a credit to the black race and should be a role model for all young blackis of color.

  • hey darkies, i heard there were katreniens in her

  • Touché, Uncle Ruckus. Touché...

  • Katrinia xD

  • Saw that coming in the end.

  • Uncle Rucus is Jesse Lee Peterson.

  • all you people saying New Orleans is a sinkhole and built below sea level and who would live there: you all realize that every state in the US has its own natural disasters, right? How more often do you hear about earthquakes in California or shit, mud slides happen there almost every year, or fucking wild fires? Up north blizzards, in the mid west tornadoes. So, long story short think before you speak and finally don't blame this entire area over a couple of stupid niggas wanting a handout.

  • @glockboy98 We have mud slides here in NY whenever a new KFC opens up....I couldn't resist.

  • I just found Uncle Rukus: Look up

    "Tyra - I wanna be white "

  • 22 Katrina victims disliked this video

  • This adds strength to my belief that assholes aren't always wrong.

  • Thats a black show for you and the squidbillys show is for rednecks. they all suck keep that garbage on BET

  • Honesty no one knew that Katrina was going to be this tragic, before 2005 every year prior was "The storm of the year" or whatever and New Orleans would leave and waste money on what we call a hurrication, where u leave just in case the worse came. I was lucky my house only had 4ft of water, my friend house was washed off the foundation, he came home to a concrete slab. It flooded due to the storm, when the levees broke thats when houses was washed away due to Govt Design.

  • @VisualCrackMedia ok so blame it on the govt. what a fuckin joke. u knew u were living in a sinkhole

  • @smizerene more than half the damn city is BELOW sea level.....WHO THE FUCK BUILDS THERE?!!!!! agreed man the whole damn city was a mistake the original part of it was purposefully built on high ground everything else was just willy nilly stupid shit.

  • @thuzan117 i live south of new orleans and no one had to tell me to get out of there. no one had to save me. there was plenty enough warning for the people to get out. but yeah, i know. its the evil white mans fault. he made the racist storm because of slavery. lol. people always have there hands out

  • was that lil wayne

  • Ha Weezy

  • This is fucking over the top hilarious....

  • That guy got angry and attacked Ruckus because he knew Ruckus was right but couldn't handle the truth!

  • @undertaker11ism I'm takin' it that's the reaction they were expecting. Being racist towards whites doesn't solve anything. Grow up. Learn to not feed trolls.

  • @Luigi84289 LOL this show just like the chapelle show was not meant for crackers

  • I jus saved a bunch of money on my insurance, cause these dumb niggas don't know there's wind in a hurricane... O wat u got some more sad songs is that what u got 4 me. • everything ruckus says is true

  • @inyomamaspants DUMB RACIST

  • Comment removed

  • Rukus gets his ass kicked because he told the truth?

Maybe that guy should have played the race card...oooooh wait that only works if they are arguing with a white man XD

  • @BatWeaselPresents

So you're saying you agree with Ruckus? You do realize that he along with practically every character on the show except for Huey is a satirical caricature right? Self-hating blacks are just as much of a problem as self-righteous blacks.

  • @TheGravitationist

Dude, have you heard of FEET? Its them two appendages dangling from your Ankle.

I don't know why FEMA had to pay these lazy fucks for something they could have done is simply declaring Marshall Law. Which means, "DO AS I SAY OR I'LL FUCKING KILL YOU"

But ohh no, they just wanted to see how much they can get out of the Government before they are back to their worthless selves. 40% of victims did Not Buy a NEW HOME. They Bought shit!

  • @BatWeaselPresents

''Dude, have you heard of FEET? Its them two appendages dangling from your Ankle.''

Katrina wasn't even a major storm until August 27 when it became a category 3. Within 9 hours it intensified to a category 5. On August 29, the storm hit. Do you really think that's it's feasible for the ENTIRE CITY of New Orleans along with all the other towns and cities affected by the storm to be completely evacuated within a less than 48 hours? Think logically. (cont.)

  • @TheGravitationist

    *within less

  • @TheGravitationist

They were still warned about the Cat 3. That would have been a day before the storm, and enough warning.

Those people are just mooching off the government. Scam artists all of them.

And if you haven't been catching up on Stocks. Best Buy, Walmart, and Audio King's sales went UP a month later. I should know. I invested in those con artists way much more than they got.

A business man am I, and I can even predict what cons will do next.

  • @BatWeaselPresents

Again, logically, it's just not realistic to expect a large area to go from bustling to ghost town in a day. Was it wise to stay back? Absolutely not. However, you don't know the circumstances of every person caught in the storm.

  • @TheGravitationist

You're defending laziness. What inspires me to gtfo, is my life. Not looting a town and take my anger on a city. People these days are lazy no good McDonald's eating morons that think the simplest thing to do is stay. The hardest part is getting out. Well how would they know it was hard if they haven't tried. I traveled 15 states in 9 Months. Believe me it's not easy but nothing is. I was in Naw'lins and I was out simply by walking.

If your ancestors did, so can you.

  • @BatWeaselPresents

'I don't know why FEMA had to pay these lazy fucks for something they could have done is simply declaring Marshall Law. Which means, ''DO AS I SAY OR I'LL FUCKING KILL YOU''''

I believe you mean -martial -law, and no, that's not what it means. Martial law is merely when an area is put under military control, which DID happen.

''40% of victims did Not Buy a NEW HOME.''

Can you please cite the official source where you obtained this statistic?

  • @TheGravitationist

Check the Census Records. Its Public Info.

  • @BatWeaselPresents

Okay, I was just curious. My other points still stand.

  • @BatWeaselPresents

Also, that still means that the majority(60%) of them DID buy new homes and obviously, some of that 40% didn't need to.

  • @BatWeaselPresents LOL! co-signed, my man. This coming from a black man.

  • ain't that some bulllshit?!

  • @sigmaree I hate to inform u God hate racism!

  • @deebeautiful84

nigger please. so why did the white God create HIV in africa? or droughts? or sickle-cell disease? why did he sent the hurrican katrina to new orleans? these were devine signs.

  • @sigmaree No, it was his was of getting rid of the CATHOLIC negro population because if any black person joins the CATHOLIC church, they deserve to be destroyed. JUST LOOK AT HAITI!

  • @007thday

    Amen borther!

i wonder were negos go to when they die. guess white heaven is whites-only. maybe there is some black-heaven / hell filled with watermellons, KFC and malt liquor?

  • @sigmaree Too funny! If you are black and in that organization, you deserve everything that comes to you. They should know better all they got to do is do a little research; Oh I forgot, niggas don't read!

  • @007thday

niggas my not be able to read or write nowadays, but in the far, far, far away past they build the pyramids and were nubian kings.

    ...

bwahaha, that was a good one. ^^ nigga stole that joke from black history month.

  • @sigmaree Ur a fuckin idiot!!!!

  • @djarMa22

  • bohoohoo nigga

  • ha gotta love dis niggah

  • Ggg

  • "Boohoohoo Nigga"

    -Simply perpect, Simply Ruckus-

  • terrible fucking audio

  • What is that theme song for Uncle Ruckus?

  • @billa107 it's a variation of the jabba the hutt music from star wars

  • First of all what does education have to do with anything? I'm pretty sure older people in new orleans have been through alot of hurricanes and none had done damage like katrina had can you blame them for not wanting to leave everything they have behind....but then again the levees broke AFTER the hurricane came and went. They didn't have any warning for that. Do you think the people had a warning for the earthquake in haiti, or the tsunami in tailand? No one was prepared for any of it.

  • @XxItsMe01xX Well your comparing apples and oranges, you can get warnings for hurricanes sometimes 3 weeks in advance by just looking at wind patterns and how they progress. earthquakes on the other hand, are literally impossible to predict, they happen out of the blue, Predicting tsunamis are possible, but you ussually dont have enough time to warn people

  • @XxItsMe01xX Acctually, I can and do because ALL material possessions can be easily replaced. They can always find another home, begin their lives anew. I knock those that stayed due to their overblown ignorance to the various warnings from the government and nature itself. You can look into the skies and watch how the inhabitants react when they sense that a storm is brewing. They were too embroiled in thier trivial matters to take notice. Like I said, for those that stayed: Tough Shit.

  • Ruckus is right the niggers, i mean niggas wasnt making nothing, but 4 or 5 dollars in hour b4 katrina, In the srry niggas had pleanty of chances to leave, they jus blow it off, like most ppl do when they hear bout bas weather

  • IMO, the funniest thing about Uncle Ruckus is the tuba drone in the background XD

  • BOO HOO HOO, NIGGUH! I say that to all the dumb niggers around here.

  • @ThisYoungLibertine u know damn well u dont

  • Uncle Ruckus is my favorite character on the Boondocks! LOL

  • This is Uncle Ruckus at his best!! He is the man!! He speaks the truth.

"Katrinains"....that is a race of people huh?rofl Learn something new everyday.

  • @westt34

True dat!! Thas why we gangsta like that... No warning at all...

  • BOO HOO nigga

  • this is one of ruckus' greatest moments

  • sound like lil wayne

  • @BrokenSilence08 Nice derailment tactic, either that or you're too stupid to realize you just incriminated yourself.

  • @BrokenSilence08 Hey, you just admitted your racist.

  • one reason why a ton of people wouldnt leave new orleans during the hurricanes is because they all caught up in being all territorial and b eing like aw man I cant leave I gotta protect my turf/my hood!!!! They said that or were to stubborn and too stupid to leave then they changed there minds but it was too late.

  • how did you get this amazing video quality?

  • lol uncle ruckus is really a true nigga (dumb as hell)

  • its wrong but true niggas was warned about katrina it wasnt a week itt was more like 2 and a half Niggas didnt want to leave becuz they didnt feel like leaving if you didnt have transportation you couldve found your way on that bus to houston thats like saying a person without transportaion never goes out of town i swear if niggas hear Hurricane down there now they gone in a instincts like they should be its sad but people Like people n haiti and Cali dont get heads up on they shit like that

  • @westt34 It's good to see someone wtih some common sense. Nice post.

  • Uncle Ruckus is funny as hell!!!!

  • HEY THERE DARKEY! I HEARD THERE WAS SOME KATRINIANS IN TOWN.

    BOO HOO HOO NIGGA!

  • unco ruckus is hella funny!

  • This shit is so fucking hilarious! Aaron Mcgruder fucking rocks!

  • hahahahahahaha

  • it would be better if the background music wasn't there, but this show is the best, and aaron mcGruder is a true artist.

  • ''Cause these dumb niggas didn't know there was wind in a hurricane''

    LMAOOOOOOOOOO

  • "gonna get me a dog, gonna name it katrina, kick it everytime it rain"

  • ROFL

  • Lil Wayne is pretty funny

  • uncle ruckus fucks with anybody's head

  • LMFAO. Uncle Ruckus is a fool.

  • jazz music... sounds like a long car accident..... lololololololololololol

  • Damned town was flooded because they are a bunch of crooked Liberals, and they stole all the money for dam repair.

And when the storm moved through, they all vanished like rats from a sinking ship. Proud, proud moment for Liberals.

  • To be honest (this coming from a black man), I actually AGREE with Ruckus on this one. When I caught onto the whole Katrina incident, I learned that the people of New Orleans were warned A WEEK in advance and were told to evacuate the city. Now, if I were living in NO and I found myself in a situation where I had no mode of transportation of my own to escape, I'd still find a way out of Louisiana, regardless of circumstances.

  • @OrochiGeese7

Bitch dont be stupid... how where you gonna find away out with no money, car or relatives outside the city. I wish yo dumb ass was driving threw down there some of us could took your car and money and let you "find a way out of Louisiana, regardless of circumstances."

  • @biggiant22000 Looks like someone skipped English class when they were going over proper grammar and pronunciation. LOL

  • @OrochiGeese7

I've been a New Orleans native for all 22 years of my life.

With all due respect, you don't know what the hell you're talking about. No mode of transportation? So what would you have done? Car pool and take up space someone else would need for their own clothes, food, and everything else you need when you evacuate like important documents? Walk? You think there were buses taking people out of New Orleans? Like hell there were.

  • @SoulfulBrutha5805 So how did all of those refugees get to Mobile, Alabama and Houston, Texas, Hmmm? Jetpacks? Riverboats? There were many buses and charters evacuating those that were smart (and valued their families and lives) to safer locations. I still stand by my position of those that chose to stay sealed their own fate. I will not show sympathy for those with a death wish, and Katrina was no different.

  • @OrochiGeese7

Bull. Shit. Buses? Charters? Oh yea, there were buses to get everyone out, half a week AFTER Katrina hit. And also, just from you saying" refugees" tells me you get all your information from the news. People who got out afterward weren't "refugees" we were EVACUEES. Probably believe the bullshit that people were trying to shoot down helicopters at the Superdome.

And what you can't seem to grasp is you have hindsight. It's easy to thumb your nose at our plight because...

  • @OrochiGeese7

...you know the result. You have NO perspective on this. None.

We've been under fire of major hurricanes in the past. Dozens of factors went into why nothing like Katrina happened since Betsy and Camille. Last minute course changes, we were on the "dry side" of the hurricane, the storm getting drastically weaker LITERALLY overnight.

And again, you act like everybody can just up and leave town at the drop of a fucking hat, even a week in advance. It is NOT. THAT. SIMPLE.

  • @OrochiGeese7

    -continued-

It's REAL easy to sit behind a computer and say shit like "I woulda gotten out no matter what", but that's coming from someone who probably has NEVER had to up and leave their home for an extended period of time. A tornado spotted in the area? Run to a shelter and unless your house got hit, you're back home the same fucking day.

It's not the same, my friend. And it's not an easy experience.

  • @SoulfulBrutha5805 So me having to move about, oh, I don't know, about FIVE different times early in my childhood because of my father's involvement with the U.S. Military is just a piece of cake, right? If you count the various friends (that I have come to regard as my surrogate sibs...), influential people, my first love, my grandmother and other relatives, and scores of other people that played important roles in my youth was all rhetoric, correct?

  • @OrochiGeese7

You are not about to sit there and say moving out because of your dad's job is the same as EVACUATING under impending natural disaster, are you?

I mean sure, they're similar, but in the way that getting a splinter hurts like getting impaled on a telephone pole.

  • @OrochiGeese7

    -double continued-

And something people don't often realize is evacuating can be worse than riding a storm out(i've ridden a couple hurricanes out, scary, but doable most of the time). You need money for gas, finding a hotel(which can be stressful), and then you never know when you're getting back home, which is where you want to be the whole time. You're glued to a fucking television hoping the nearest canal doesn't breech the levee.

    That shit isn't easy.

  • @SoulfulBrutha5805 And I suppose that I should automatically feel sorry for a group of people who were foolish enough to assume that a CATEGORY FIVE HURRICANE was headed towards the mainland and the people were given ample time to grab what they could and flee. Homes and other MATERIAL things can be replaced given time. My parents moved from Detroit to Atlanta where they had NO relatives nearby to help them settle, and they were expecting parents. Every move was a change, but we faced them.

  • @OrochiGeese7

I never said feel sorry. I said don't act like you can thumb your nose at people in a situation when you have such a skewed perception on it isn't even funny.

And it isn't like hurricanes don't make detours, get substantially weaker at the last minute. I mean, you obviously don't live near a hurricane risk zone. So you don't see how many times a hurricane's path changes. One week the chart says it's going up the east cost. The next it's homing in on Houston.

  • @OrochiGeese7

    -quadruple continued -

All that I just mentioned is enough to make people take the chance of riding it out.

And before you go, "If you choose to ride it out, you accept the risk" what you have to realize again is that how many years did it take a hurricane to actually do what people thought a hurricane might do? Since Betsy 50 years ago, how many came and did nothing? More than I can remember.

Playing the odds, people felt confident Katrina would be like the others.

    It wasn't.

  • @OrochiGeese7 Yea man I'm black too! well at least half aha. But a lot of the stuff ruckus talks and says about black people is sad but true. He makes valid points about a lot of shit. Like this Katrina incident lol. Its so true.

  • @Sirafrican Exactly. I refuse to show sympathy for those who were aware of the hurricane in advance, but refused to leave their possessions behind in favor of oh, I don't know their LIVES and the lives of their FAMILIES. All material things (homes included) can be replaced.

  • @OrochiGeese7 Well bro it's not that they refused to leave it's just the fact that the blacks in the inner city had no mode of transportation to leave the city. So with that being said they had no choice but to stay. But as far as the F.E.M.A check and all the insurance shit uncle ruckus makes a point. Most of them were working minimum wage but still demanded a good 300k for their house and possessions that were destroyed in the hurricane. And the house was probably no more than 25k...

  • @Sirafrican True on the F.E.M.A. angle, but as for the being able to leave part, I have a friend from NO and he said that at the time he left, there were a bunch of buses for transportation to Houston, about 50 at least.

  • @OrochiGeese7 youre not black you fucking faggot but good point

  • @TheDigitalguyy LMMFFAO! Funny, this coming from a guy that has never seen me. How did you reach this startling conclusion? I must know... -rolls eyes-

  • @OrochiGeese7 ok so a bunch of people who were living in poverty were suppose to pick up and leave everything behind like they had sufficient funds to do so. That makes alot of sense

  • Comment removed

  • @OrochiGeese7 yes dumbass rather than rebut the argument you dismiss it because you know it's true.

  • @jaroncreed Actually, it is because I have grown tired of having to repeat myself to uneducated simpletons such as yourself. Don't beat yourself up over it, it's not your fault that you can't afford a PROPER education like myself.

    Once again: You're dismissed, Kiddo.

  • @OrochiGeese7 Actually, it's because I'm tired of having to repeat myself to uninformed lifeforms such as yourself, but hey, not everyone can afford a PROPER education, well, the one I have, at least...

    Once again: You're dismissed, Kiddo.

  • @OrochiGeese7 idiot.

  • @OrochiGeese7 There was a documentary made, and one girl's response was "The weather's great!".Now,if you live in the south, wouldn't you think it'd be common knowledge that the weather's always beautiful before a hurricane? This is coming from someone who lives thousands of miles to the north of them.

  • @UTAU53Yui Exactly. Apparently the phrase "Calm Before the Storm" is a new term down here in the South... Then again, majority of the southern states are the states with the WORST education rating in the US (the particular state would be Louisiana)...

  • @OrochiGeese7 Yeah...no doubt the schooling plays a part, but I think that things like that are just common knowledge,no,common sense...I think they feel entitled to not having to put effprt into educating themselves because they're mad that the rest of the country already looks down on them...or something like that(though the rest of the states don't have much right to laugh at others for lack of education, considering America as a whole is known as the least educated country on the planet.)

  • @UTAU53Yui That may be true, but most states would usually take steps and gradually improve their education systems. I remember when the state of Minnesota had a deplorable education system, but over time, the state legislature took the time and put in the effort to improve those schools and give those kids a proper education. Louisiana has only begun to do that post Katrina. You would think that they would have learned the value of an education before a natural disaster. Ignorance is bliss.

  • @OrochiGeese7 shut your dumb ass up! This is a fucking cartoon!

  • @Domini478 wait hes a dumb ass why?

  • @Domini478 You do realise that this cartoon also serves as a forum for social commentary, right? Or did you not learn that in school (assuming that you went to school in the first place...)?

  • @OrochiGeese7 I understand what u mean but many of them had no transportation no way to get out no money its easy to say what u would have done while looking in from the outside. We're not talking about a few thousand people by the tens of thousands there should have been a mass evacuation plan in place from the gov. We do so much for other countries who suffer in crisis and our own are called refugee's! Not trying to start no youtube beef but please be considerate

  • I heard there was the katrina down here, so i brought my small violin. It can only play sad songs. Boohoohoo nigga it aint the white man's fault that you dumb niggas didnt know there was wind in a hurricane.

    So wrong, so funny.

  • is that Cedric the Entertainer?

  • Damn good picture for a phone.
