Try using 1 cup hydrogen peroxide (3%) to 5 gallons of water dip the plant or material and fan dry. the hydrogen peroxide will kill the mold and mildew leaving the material intact and usable.

Bud rot is almost certainly caused by high humidity and not enough air flow. Was it grown indoors or out? Indoors it's easy to control by keeping your humidity around 50% and having a fan blowing on them. I had an idea that little packets of silica gel (the kind you find in a box of new trainers) tucked here and there between the buds might work in drying them out quickly preventing the rot from spreading.
i too am gettin buts of this same problem in my plants. oim on the flush and only just saw bits of it here and there.. i cut out most of it, but i am certain its due to too high humidity. i was checking here to see if there was any QUICK fixes to stop it whilst the plant is still going.?? other than keep the humidity down.. lol
Its most likely due to high humidity. High humidity promotes mold or "bud rot" in buds. Best thing to do next time is keep humidity low during your flowering/budding stage somewhere between 35-45 is good.

Looks like the damage I had the first grow. If so, it is actually caused by tomato worms! Get a good organic spray to prevent fungus and powdery mildrew too. Better luck next time. =(
@CONCUSSION187 hey friend, i know your comment was 10months ago, but in case u didnt get an answer.... on an outdoor plant you can help prevent* bud rot by covering your girls for the night rains. its mainly caused by a rain at night late season when your nugs are huge and dense, and they dont get a chance to dry for 16 hours and thats long enough
@Rogge14 thanks for the advise, though its too late for her, but for future reference. i have heard some strains are more prone to bud rot due to the growth of the nodes being dense i had wondered about a fungi-side, organic of course.
@CONCUSSION187 if product exists like taht sir im unaware of it :( i have personally grown Greenhouse's A.M.S (anti-mould strain) and it was actually the nicest girl out of a bunch of them, very dense and hard hitting indica with a unique spice :) i cant testify to the anti mould part but alot of people seem to think it helps, it might be good to look into finding a nice ams mother for next spring, good luck in your endeavors friend
@Rogge14 I grow AMS in my greenhouse, it seems to be doing really well but has been very humid lately, ams can still get mouldy dont be fooled it just has a higher tolerence to moisture. I am getting some bud rot, been flowering 2 weeks, any suggestions....?

Bud rot is almost certainly caused by high humidity and not enough air flow. Was it grown indoors or out? Indoors it's easy to control by keeping your humidity around 50% and having a fan blowing on them. I had an idea that little packets of silica gel (the kind you find in a box of new trainers) tucked here and there between the buds might work in drying them out quickly preventing the rot from spreading.

i too am gettin buts of this same problem in my plants. oim on the flush and only just saw bits of it here and there.. i cut out most of it, but i am certain its due to too high humidity. i was checking here to see if there was any QUICK fixes to stop it whilst the plant is still going.?? other than keep the humidity down.. lol
