@pur33vil you have to learn their techniques by getting them to use them a few times in a fight, so like if the have a grab of the upper stance you have to be in the upper stance

Have you ever read the book of the five rings? This game makes a perfect example: practice, practice and practice. This is one of my all time favorite games.

Also love the hydra cdance, lol, probably the most pwnzor combo there is.

Have you fought Musashi yet?, i cant seem to either fight or find like 6 kengo, ive fought all tournaments and missions inside out and ive mastered just about everyones techniques including the schools and kengo that will fight me, hell even my batougiri stance can counter all but one strike. A few kengo tell me to get stronger, but my stats have started to slowly drop even if you perfect like 40 matches in the outdoor tournament. its driven me crazy >:S

you just keep training and beating people.

make sure you win the governors tournament then i think you go onto another tournament then finally you get a message saying come to Edo. This then triggers the end of the game as you have to do 5 fights once thats over you complete the game.

Heh done that man, ive won uncountable govenours tourneys, like 20 shogun tourneys, all kengo who will challenge me, all the head and assistant teachers from the schools and done enough missions, i now just get the same ultimate sword every shoguns comp and there are still so many kengo who wont fight me. Oh yeah, i have had the credits roll before, 2 different games. it shits me to no end because the kengo allways say, "you need to get stronger" they just afraid of me :P
