@PeterDUBBAHEAD this one was in fact "steam powered", they attached the guy to a guide line, because there aren't enough stabilizers to allow the pilot to operate it smoothly. as you can tell by the landing. Other high pressure chemicals have a habit of exploding, such as "nitrous oxide"
