Actually the last move was, back in the day, considered good sportmanship. When you put somebody out with a sleeper, you were supposed to do something to get the blood circulating to their brain and revive them. I can remember heel turns that involved someone either being slow or not wanting to wake someone after a sleeper. But then again, most all finishers now are impact moves. Mankind's mandible claw may have been last hold that slowly debilitated the opponent.
@ltrott3 I know that's the way things were done after a sleeper--I just think Olympia does it in a bad ass way! Also, I'll bet Orndorff wasn't finished off in that way too often--dude was too powerful for that to be believable!
