thank god! i always use to bite on the tip intil there was a bubble on the side and then pull it off in pain and even after i was done my nail looked super bad

all u need to do is put foil with nail polish remover on your nail and leave it for a while and BOOM OFF!

I have never used artificial nails, how long can you leave the nails on and does the glue damage the natural nail, it looks like she struggled to take the glue off her nail once the nail came off? thank you

It really depends on how much abuse your hands take on a daily basis. Mine take a beating so I change them about every week...but I have gone as long as 3 weeks with them still lasting well. The glue doesn't damage your nails at all, but sometimes they can be hard to remove. That's why this product is so great
