The Strictly Rhythm and Nervous labels were great examples of this but keep searching because this was really a golden period for U.S. underground, 'till about '94, and these smaller labels were full of gems like this.
I think you misunderstood what I was trying to say :) or maybe I used wrong terms. When I said it sounded modern, I was talking about the fact that for 92 track, it sounded more to me like a 95-96 track. House tracks in early 90'S were still mostly garage with slower BPM.
