There were 3 flash mobs in Cologne, this begins with the 3rd and final one. Since music is forbidden to be played in front of the cathedral they had to start it out somehow, so began with clapping to get the beats for the dance. Afterwards everyone stayed there and had fun, which is the rest of the vid.
