@Brae23 The whole dogon thing is a myth. You can look it up. But the story is that the dogons claimed that aliens from a planet orbiting sirius b gave them this knowledge. The only "knowledge" that was true was that sirius is a 2 star system. ( actually, they said 3 stars), but only 2 have been seen. The other things they said were NOT true, such as Saturn is the farthest planet. It is not. uranus and Neptune are farther.

the only thing ive notice from the book was the elements and the snake going up the spine which is the openings of chakras that is involed in the meditation of kundalini which would therefore connect u to the universe with the third eye

Here in Ireland we learned all these incredible legends in school, and lessons finished with "none of this is real, just myth..."

Amazing thing is, all the place names in the legends are real locations. Apparently it is only the characters who are fictional... Eh????
