The opening part with the dumpster and red table is cement, the the planters are all wooden, and the black etnies box is tile covered in cardboard...the rest of the park is card board.
Most of it I made, but the plastic stuff came mostly from WWF/WWE toy sets that my friend had a while back, or some of the things I saw in a store just walking by and picked one up.

Try kick flipping like you would on a regular skateboard. You have to flick your front finger off to the side a little bit.
