This was the game that got me interrested in the Middle Ages and fantasy/mythology way back when I was little. I can't believe how much I missed hearing this theme. The game was pretty bloody hard, though. I only remember getting up to the battlements.

It was horribly hard! I got to the last boss once on a good day i think. Stage 2 was hard enough if you ask me. Axes galore.

I remember having this game when I was a young-en. Main thing I remember is how great the intro music is (best game boy intro soundtrack I've ever heard). Was a fun game but hard as hell, I could never beat it. :I

When I was six or so I would let this theme play until the batteries died. To be honest, I hated the game but this song still pops into my head to this day. The music is what made these classics such a far step above the games of today.

Got this game in a small shop.... the song and the game.... best thing ever... freaking hard... but worth it... :D

it was September (or October,but who cares..) back in 1990 when I got it from a small game shop...

Still that melody haunts me,even after 20+ years.

The video game industry fails nowadays since 99% of the games,althought they have extremely detailed graphics and thousands of special effects,lacking spirit and soul.

I remember having to share a gameboy with my brother. I spent most of my time idling on the title screen so I could listen to this.

I remember laying on the couch playing this while eating chips as if my life depended on it. A very hard, and sometimes frustrating, game but the music made up for that most of the time hehe.

This reminds me of when I first got my Game Boy.. I was 10, and I kept stealing my sister's walkman headphones so I could have a music-gasm over this and many other tunes pumping into my ears at a dangerous volume.
