if u were using nVidia that would explain it alot of shit happened when LK came out with nVidia i never buy nVidia WoW seems to work much much better with ATI

A. try play with no addons, see if its an addon issue

B. Lower all settings to minimum and see if it does the same

C. run as admin

D. Make sure its running correctly, like if your on win xp64 make sure its not running as win xp32 etc

E. Try a wow repair.

A few years ago, on my old P4, I also had graphics problems, allthough I'd say mine were more severe. All graphics were shooting out in spikes so that it was quite impossible to play at all.

In my case the graphics problems were caused by an overheated processor and graphics card, due to all the thermal paste having been burnt away. Removing the old paste and applying new solved all my problems.

@mikemakris21 The graphics don't suck; your computer sucks. Try playing WoW on 1920x1080 resolution at 60 frames per second. You won't put the game down.

WoW graphics are much better than LOTRO's graphics. They just require a better computer.

Graphics is not always sharp HD awesomeness textures.

No, Graphics is an artstyle applied to a game. A war game is most of the time realistic portraid by graphics meaning, sharp HD graphics big nice looking explosions, dust, smoke etc.

WoW is fantasy and they chose an Cartoony artstyle of which the graphics are the best out there. So stop complaining if you don't know what/what is.

@prophetslostme Honestly bro, I have a Nvidia 9500m GS, it is now 2 years old and i can still play wow fully graphiced at 40-60 FPS, depending on the surrounding population. And no the quality of graphics is not terrible.

You shout look for video card temperature, the problem looks like artefacts(most of them are caused by high Video Card temp).

haha, well the first thing wasn't his graphics card. That can happen sometimes in WoW, where you fall through the ground but the rest were not issues with the game.

its your graphics card mate its when it over heats or you overclocked it. get a new one or try taking yours out and cleaning the dust out of the fan. Or you can also just underclock your graphics card sometimes that works.
