It starts out (capo 4) C F C C C/G (repeat) then chorus is Am, F, C, C/G (x3) F Am...That's what I got from it, somewhat simple, but beautiful when he does it. Ya'll have to figure out strumming/when to change chords on your own.

It's a small venue that usually does amateur plays and stuff, but you could still get it, it's very good, and very good acoustics for the plays and stuff. That's Kings Theatre in Chatham :).
