@sleepy9010 Depends, if its a car look at SparkIV a tool replace files in GTAIV archives. ( like vehicles.img )

There are thousand of tutorials of that on the web. For trainers etc. you will need a ASI loader like YAASIl or Xlive( will remove GFWL thus multiplayer ) And .net scripthook.

For graphic mods its replacing files.
