I'm so glad God is forgiving. Look at David, God restored him and he was a man after God's own heart. I read the book "The Prodigal Comes Home" and Michael did go through some awful things. And made some terrible choices. But, God is a forgiving and restoring God. If any of you are in a ministry, you know satan works on you overtime. That doesn't mean God can't or won't use you anymore. It just makes your testimony even stronger and can reach people you would never have reached otherwise.

God opposes the pride but grace to the humble. No matter what sin one has done as long as he/she repents, God is faithful enough to forgive us. Sometimes we won't forgive ourselves and others won't forgive us either. ALL that matters is that GOD does.

I think Michael is a fine singer and I am glad he has been restored, but I have a problem with born again believers who profess Jesus Christ and yet leave his name out of their songs. He does not have one reference to God or Jesus in this song and it could easily be on the secular charts as well. We should always be able to know the difference.

I still think Michael is a fine singer and I hope he does not make a habit of this.

Maybe it's hindsight, but in this video I see a broken man. I've gone to his myspace, I think it is, and it seems he has been restored in his spirit. Maybe through everything, and even through losing his direction in his spiritual walk, Michael English has learned to appreciate the blessings he has and the hand of God. I believe he truly has repented, and truly found the meaning of God's grace, and though his voice might not be what it was now, his songs mean all the more when I hear them.

He did have an affair and then his marriage ended and he took to a life of drug abuse. You should REALLY read Michael's book. "The Prodigal Comes Home" It is an awesome story of how God Redemption is so real. Michael English is back and better than ever!

@traceyhud2 I just ordered the book upon your recommendation. It is amazing that some are hanging on to what this man did in his past. He obviously has asked for forgiveness, God has forgiven him, and so should we. These people who entertain us arent perfect, they are no different than any man.
