I do not like Ron Paul,but I will admit he is right on this.If the bed space in prisons was not being wasted on the non violent ppl we would have room for the real criminals.The industrialist prison complex is very much behind the push to keep the war on drugs alive.I try to not like Paul but it gets harder every day.
